Help Us Find Our Classmates
In this age of social networking and social media, we are able to connect with a lot of our classmates, however, we still need your help to make sure we get the word out to everyone. If you know of someone who is not “connected” online, help us get the word out to them. We are not going to be doing a mass mailing for this reunion, but if we are unable to find folks online, we will be attempting to send mail to those individuals that are not online.
Coordination of Golf Tournament
We need volunteers to work out the special events for the golf tourney (longest drive, shortest drive, etc.) and to setup the teams for play.
Registration Table
We need people to help out at the registration table at the Main Event. Tasks include, greeting classmates and handing out their packets and handling last-minute registrations.
Clean-up Crew
We will need clean-up volunteers for Friday night, Saturday night, and after the picnic on Sunday.
Decoration Committee
This usually takes place on Thursday night at the Elks where we prepare the center pieces and packets for the Friday and Saturday Night events. It’s a hoot.
