August 4, 2011 – Decoration Preparation – 5:00pm at the Elks Lodge
This is a fun preparation meeting where we put together the decorations for Friday and Saturday nights. We also put together the main event packets for attendees. It’s a fun pre-event gathering and there’s plenty to do, but it’s mostly just fun.
July 31, 2011 – Planning Meeting – 2:00pm at Pineway Restaurant
CALLING ALL VOLUNTEERS!
We are in need of people who are interested in the following:
- Get food for Friday Night gathering
- Decorations for Friday Night (simple – we’ll put them together on Thursday Night)
- Registration Table for Golf
- Donuts/Pastries for Golf
- Registration Table for Saturday Night Main Event
- Clean-up after Saturday Night Event
- Setup for Family Picnic
- Cleanup for Family Picnic
